St. Francis Xavier School

As a transplant to Vermont, my family and I could not be more blessed to call Saint Francis Xavier School an integral part of our lives. My two children, Rosemary and Chéo, are current students and have thrived under the love, faith, education, and community of SFX.

From the beginning of my children’s tenure here, I have had a heart to support the school in any way I can. From being a homeroom parent to serving on the Home & School board, I have become dedicated to helping make sure our students have everything they need to succeed. I am constantly in awe of how wonderful our school community is and am thankful to be a part of such strong and loving families. 

Before moving to Vermont in 2019 my husband, Issy, Rosemary, and I were stationed in Valencia, Spain. While the Mediterranean was hard to leave, moving Vermont has brought such joy to our family. Issy was raised in Texas while I grew up in Washington state. Vermont is a much quieter and beautiful place to call home and we love discovering new things for our family to explore here.

My background is in advertising with an emphasis in business development. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Western Washington University and also earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Leadership with an emphasis in Digital Media Communication from the University of Washington. 

 

If I am not working on an SFX project you will find me reading a good book or working out in the home gym my husband built. Spending time with my family on a walk around our neighborhood, hanging out with my dearest friends, cooking someone a meal, and going to Mass are things I like to do on the weekends!
