St. Francis Xavier School

My connection to St. Francis began back in 2004 when my oldest daughter started Pre-Kindergarten. All three of my children have attended St. Francis Xavier School. Throughout my years as a parent at St. Francis, I wanted to be involved in the community. I started volunteering for the Home & School Association and enjoyed giving back to the school that has given my children so much. I was the Home & School secretary and also helped organize events like the Craft Fair and the school yearbook. I also volunteered my skills in the Development Office by designing the Annual Report and Winter Newsletters.  Volunteering with the Development Office gave me the opportunity to become the Creative Director.  In 2024, I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC and I’m fortunate to work remotely for St. Francis.  As part of the Development, Admissions, and Marketing Team, my responsibilities include designing our marketing materials, designing and maintaining our website, creating our yearbook, and other administrative tasks that help the school run smoothly.

Not only has St. Francis been a second home for my children, it has been a second home for me too. I’ve developed many great friendships through volunteering and now I have the opportunity to give back even more as the Creative Director at St. Francis. I am so grateful to this school and the community that has helped me grow.
