St. Francis Xavier School

"Since graduating from St. Michael's College in 2017 with an undergraduate degree, I have worked in the Burlington and Champlain Valley School Districts as a one-on-one paraeducator while continuing my graduate studies. I am extremely grateful for my time as a paraeducator. I constantly learned from my students as much as they learned from me. During those years, my students ranged from preschool to fifth grade. In May of 2022 I graduated  with a Master's of Elementary Education from St. Michael's. 

 

I am excited to join the St. Francis Xavier community! Growing up in Rhode Island, both my elementary and high schools had close-knit environments for which I am forever thankful. I sense that same thing here at SFX! 

 

Since leaving undergrad, I have lived in South Burlington by the UVM Gutterson Fieldhouse. I enjoy walking downtown by the water, eating some ice cream and spending time with friends. Besides teaching, I also work at a golf course and am the defense coach for St. Michael's College Softball. I love finding creative ways to ignite students’ curiosity when I teach.”
