Mr. Frankie Ellis-Monaghan - Pre-Kindergarten Aide

Frankie-(1).jpg

Although relatively new to the Early Ed program, Pre-K Aide Frankie Ellis-Monaghan has been a familiar face at SFX School for years, having been a member of the SFX class of 2015. Frankie was an active member of the SFX School community and, in fact, you can still find his picture on the walls of the SFX Boy Scout Room.

Frankie is an Eagle Scout, which is the highest achievement or rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America. His Eagle Scout project was installing all new carpeting in St. Joseph Church in Grand Isle, so service to the Catholic community has long been a part of Frankie’s life.

Frankie began working in the SFX Afterschool program in the fall of 2021 and quickly became a highly valued member of the staff. Eventually his duties expanded to include being a part time aide in Pre-K and this role has increased to full time. Frankie says, “I love working with the kids. It’s a lot of fun and I enjoy helping and interacting with the students here.”

Outside of school Frankie enjoys building projects, spending time in the beautiful Vermont outdoors, and playing video games.
