St. Francis Xavier School

Hello! My name is Diane Dufresne and I started teaching at St. Francis Xavier School in 2014. I am however, very familiar with this Parish family. I had the good fortune of attending St. Francis Xavier School from 1st through 8th grade. I have received all of my Sacraments here at St. Francis Xavier Church, including marriage. My husband, Andy, and I have 3 children, an incredible granddaughter, 2 dogs and we live in Underhill. We love to garden, kayak, fish, snowshoe, spend time with our granddaughter and go camping.

 

My professional career comes with 30 years of teaching experience from Kindergarten through 8th grade. I attended Trinity College earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I earned my Master’s Degree in May of 2009, in math instruction. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of this incredible community. As a student, St. Francis started me on my journey to becoming a successful student. Now, I have the opportunity to give back to St. Francis the same gift given to me. I am so excited to be teaching middle school!
